Close to my work. The afternoon desk man was let me slide on the $50 deposit. Aside from what you prepay a reminder to all, you pay another $50 deposit when you check in. Thank the front for not making it an issue.

Booking was easy. The staff was welcoming. Check out was a breeze. The room was immaculate. Lighting in the room was really nice. I could turn on the light at the door, and there was enough light. Beside light was easy to use. I walked my dog around the grounds, and there were pet waste stands. The grounds were well-maintained. There were good electrical outlets, and easy to access USB ports. Wifi worked well. Hot water worked well in the shower.

To wrap up the days that I stayed at this facility, I have to say that my first experience staying at a Motel 6 was extraordinarily above and beyond my preconceived expectations. I believe I engaged the most with Manjeet and I believe she is an amazing host/representative for the company. I truly believe she'd be an asset to any deserving company she chose to work for. She has very impressive entrepreneurial qualities that many don't naturally possess and from my personal perspective, she could take off with whatever she wanted to put her energy and skills towards. I'm very grateful for the proximity of the location to the Elk Grove WellQuest facility. Being that I mostly relied on Lyft rides to get to and from WellQuest, all in all, it was the most efficient way I could have asked for to get to and from said facilities while my Grandfather was under hospice care. Great staff, very accommodating and extremely polite and pleasant! My room wasn't ready when I arrived but they offered me another room and when I declined I was informed how long it would be until it would be ready. I will definitely stay here again!!

The staff let me get coffee a little earlier than it was advertised. Thanks! They also had my room ready early for me. The room was very clean, and the mattress was nice and firm, not saggy.

I wish I remembered her name. I think her name started with an M. She was working on November 25,2022 around 3:00pm and checked me in & she helped me when I checked out in the morning around 10:50am on the 26th. She was very Helpful & had Great customer service. 🥰👍

Everything was great.... Front desk staff is awesome.... Felt comfortable and being close to the hospital (because I'm pregnant) is a bonus.
